Seton Hall Player Loves Drinking, Driving

Driving in Jersey is bad enough, isn't it?
The secondary mission, blah blah blah. Another Big East player is in trouble, so it is my job to let you know about it. Shall we continue?

This time Seton Hall gets on the board. The Yahoo! News via the Associated Press is reporting that Seton Hall Junior Transfer Keon Lawrence was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license. He was caught after an accident from driving on the wrong side of the Garden State Parkway. Both he and the driver of the other car were treated for minor injuries. He admitted to The Record of Bergen County that he was involved in an accident but he denies that he was charged with DWI.

Mr. Lawrence is awfully lucky he didn’t kill anybody if this story is in fact true. Either way, it states that Seton Hall is still “gathering information” about the incident. If this turns out to be the case though, hopefully the Hall will do the right thing and suspend him for the immediate future, as this is a serious incident that ended with minor injuries, but could have been much worse. We’ll keep you posted if any further information comes out.
