Last week's ballot

Dropped Out: Houston (#18), South Florida (#20), West Virginia (#22).
* Tough week for the Big East as South Florida gets slammed by Rutgers and West Virginia comes close but loses to Cincinnati under the Friday night lights. Houston also drops out after losing to UCF.
* Wisconsin and Cal jump on the poll after playing well lately.
* Stanford pulls the big upset over Southern Cal, so they drop five slots on my poll and Stanford appears on the poll for the first time.
* Miami, Utah, and Iowa all lost, so they drop.
* It's that simple. Think I suck? Let me know.

You have Penn State 11 spots over Iowa? Iowa beat them in Happy Valley. They did both lost on the road to Ohio State, except Iowa lost in overtime and Penn State got worked.

Iowa also beat the only other decent Big Ten team Wisconsin... Penn State didn't play them.

And just to top it off they have wins over Arizona and Iowa State (both bowl teams), Penn State's best OOC win is... uh, Syracuse. Or Temple.

Come on I'd expect most poll voters to keep Penn State way overrated solely on name basis, but I'd like to think a Syracuse blogger could see through the crap and realize they're the most overrated team in the country!!!

See, I actually think Iowa was the way overrated team. Penn State lost to Iowa, that's true, but that was weeks ago, and their only other loss is to the Big Ten Champion Ohio State. I still think Penn State is better than Iowa right now via the eye ball test.
