Now that was a big time shot!If you are a Syracuse fan you have been celebrating and razzing your fellow sports fans since Saturday. Syracuse beats Notre Dame in football in South Bend on Sunday, Tuesday they beat #18 Florida in basketball, and last night the defeated #23 Kansas, the defending NCAA Champions in overtime. So I ask you, is this the best week for Syracuse sports in the last five years overall? Discuss.

Best week since winning the national championship without a doubt. It's been fun to watch.
Wait what? Are we all forgetting the McNamara Big East Tourney week? We took down everyone including #1 UCONN that week and silenced any doubters.
Oh yeah... that was pretty good.
All around, though, this has probably been the best week. Since Friday we've had a field hockey final four appearance, the biggest football win of the G-Rob era, and three basketball wins (two over ranked teams and a trophy to add to the cabinet).
Last Sunday was the first time I've worn a Syracuse shirt and had a complete stranger smile at me and say "nice win." It's been a good week.

Good point. The '06 BET was outstanding. But it has been a rare week that football has had such a win and basketball has been so good.
